Russell Hirsch, PhD, MD
Russell brings 30+ years of venture capital experience to Equitage. He co-founded Generator Ventures, the market's first AgeTech venture capital fund, and Prospect Ventures Funds II and III, managing over $1B in life science investments. He was also a partner at Mayfield's Healthcare Technology group. Russell currently serves on the boards of Vynca Health, Third Eye Health, Post-Acute Analytics, Cosan, and Datma. Russell holds BA and MS degrees from the University of Chicago and MD and PhD degrees from UCSF.

Adam Kaplan, MBA
As Founder and CEO of Solera Senior Living, Adam brings deep industry, operational, and entrepreneurial experience to Equitage. Solera is a senior living operations, development, and investment company with several thousand residents and direct care workers spanning multiple Class A properties. Adam currently serves on the NIC Operator Advisory Board and the Argentum Executive Board and holds a BA from Cornell and an MBA from Northwestern.

Daniel Kaplan, MBA, MS
Danny was previously an investor at Generator Ventures where he led sourcing and diligence. He worked on investments including IntelyCare, Vesta Healthcare, and Vynca Care. Before Generator, he was an early employee at ClearCare, a leading provider of software for home care agencies, and started his career at Deloitte. Danny holds a BA from Dickinson College and MBA and Gerontology degrees from USC.

With experience at McKinsey and DaVita and an MBA from Kellogg, she drives access, outcomes, and affordability improvements.

Arnold Whitman
Arnold Whitman has 40 years of investing in Senior Living and Senior Care. Arnie has broad-based experience in real estate, services, and technology, and a remarkable reputation in the field. He was the founder and CEO of Formation Capital, with over $8B invested. His partnership in Aging2.0 led to the co-founding of Generator Ventures, the first dedicated VC fund in Age-Tech. Currently, Arnie is the founder of Senior Living Transformation Company (SLTC). He sits on multiple boards and is Chairman emeritus of NIC.
